Since 2005, Chris J. Foster has been involved in several areas of real estate including land acquisition, development, project management, marketing and sales. After honing his skills with a land development firm, Chris worked as a land and commercial broker for a successful local real estate brokerage. Desiring further growth, Chris opened PRIMESTREET Real Estate, LLC to offer comprehensive, “Client-focused services from the ground up.”
He attributes his success to creating and nurturing client relationships from day one. Building trust, listening to goals, and exceeding expectations are all part of Chris’ approach to helping his clients achieve the desired results. He works diligently to provide excellent negotiation services, market knowledge and maintains a vast network of contacts in the real estate industry.
Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and in his spare time he enjoys golfing, skiing and spending quality family time with his wife and two daughters.
